Yvonne, here is the first part of Emma Weiser's household in the 1920 census. Unfortunately, the last two names still can't be read. However, one of these two individuals is almost certainly Lester SWEENEY.

This confirms that Eileen was not in the household in 1920, suggesting that she was born after the January 1, 1920, census date ... unless you can think of another possibility.

By the way, this page is 3A, so the info I sent earlier with Edith SWEENEY appeared on page 3B.
