Robert, I have not sent to NYC Municipal Archives yet. I have looked on the Italian site on the grooms list even though they don't have listings for 1890. Since I don't know the marriage date or any concrete information, I was hoping someone could find a cerificate number first, and then I would send the form to the NYC Municipal Archives.

Do you think I should contact them first with the little info I have?
