I found this family and thought they may be the Sam & Dora you are looking
for -

June 8, 1900 census Manhattan, NY Dist 83 ward 7 supervisor dist. 1, sheet
17

Walster, Samuel head b. Aug 1878 age 24 b. Russia immig 1886 in US 14 yrs.
Walster, Dara (spelled this way) wife Sept. 1879 Russia age 20 immig. 1893
in US 7 yrs.
I could not read Samuel's occupation or the name of the street. If someone
else could take a look, maybe they could decipher what is written.
