Could the date be wrong?? If her parents are Vincent and Agnes, and she lived at 1016 Bedford Ave in 1920, she might have been born around August -- the age of the Margaret Bradley at that location is 5/12 and the census supposedly was enumerated January 7, 1920. Or could the spelling have been different?? And just an observation -- my grandparents were married at 943 Bedford, so your query caught my eye.
