Unfortunately that Rev. Dr. Lewis of Holy Trinity Church looks like a deadend unless there were two Rev. Wm. Lewis there (anything is possible I guess). I also thought he might be William B. Lewis but then I found a Rev. Wm. H. Lewis performed a marriage ceremony at Holy Trinity June 2, 1852 page 2, Brooklyn Daily Eagle. I don't think it's a typo either because I saw many aritcles with a Rev. Wm. H. Lewis.
