Linda, I found out for sure the location of M.P. cem. It is located as I said before- south of Rt.5 near the intersection of RT 5 and S. Main, Canastota on Cemetery Road. What was confusing me was that there is another cemetery also S. of Rt 5 a little farther west on Nelson Rd. That is one I saw on Mike's web site --Lenox Rural Cemetery.
i checked the Mount Pleasant records at MCHS today.
I found no Christian Betsinger.I
In one section of the records that someone had copied off in more or less alphabetical order it said-- Mary Ann wf. of Abraham [sort of an index, I guess]. In another section it listed Mary A. wf. of Abram Betsinger d. Feb 20,1922 age 80.

Julia A. Campbell wf of Eugene E. Betsinger 1853-1930
