Lindsey:
County packets available thru the following site would appear to be a good
investment in the situation you present. A Packet is a compilation of 41
years of pre-1860 abstracting of secondary and perhaps primary source
records in the county of choice. This data is taken from the three annual
data issues of "Tree Talks" publication of the CNYGS. Marriage and
minister's & Church records have been abstracted as well as many other types
of "obscure and not so obscure records". The price coresponds to the amount
of data as well as S&H costs.
