Does anyone in Rochester know of Myrtle Rice Haynes who was living at 67
Albermarle St., Rochester in 1936? I suspect that her great grandfather was
Capt. Seth Bailey, b.25 Jan 1773 at Lebanon, CT and d. 12 Feb 1844 at
Watertown, NY.
Her grandfather would have been Aaron Rice who married Esther Bailey and her
father was probably Seth Bailey Rice b.1828, Charles Delos Rice b.1830, or
George W. Rice b. 1832. All were born at Watertown, NY.
Myrtle was a genealogist before computers and I found some of her work in
the Flower Library at Watertown. I would appreciate hearing from someone in
Rochester that knew of her.
