In the Name of God, Amen. I, Charles Buckley of the city of Rochester County of Monroe and State of New York being of sound
mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament, that is to say:

First = = = After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give and bequeath unto my wife Julia Buckley all of my property both real and
personal and the rents issues and profits thereof for and during the term of her natural life, and from and after the decease of my said wife, I give
and bequeath my said property, both real and personal, unto my two daughters Mary Buckley and Julia A. Buckley, and to their heirs and assigns
forever, to be divided equally between them, my two said daughters, share and share alike.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my son Charles Buckley, Jr. to be executor of this last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 30th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty.
