Greetings,
I'm searching for the names of Mary Ross's (1809-1878)parents. She married a man by the name of Peter Shoecraft.
The wills of Penfield pioneer Lebbeus Ross' sons don't include my Mary's name. Yet, Mary named 2 of her children, Hannah and Peleg, as were Lebbeus's parents.
The 1820 NY census shows additional Ross' living in Penfield. Is anyone else researching the families of Samuel Jr., Sarah or Benjamin Ross? The Penfield History Room has no information about them in their Ross family file.
