My ggrandfather John Koberlein (Koeberlein, Koberline), b.1822 in Heustreu, Bavaria, Germany, and his wife Ana Seiffert, came to America in 1873 and settled in the town of Geddes, near Syracuse.
With them was their son Louis, my grandfather, b. 1856 in Heustreu, who m. Mary Schmahlholz in 1880 in Rochester, where he d. 1929.
Also with them were another son Theodore, and daughters Eva, Mina, and Margaret.
John Koberlein d. in 1888 in Syracuse.
I would like to know where in Germany John Koberlein and Ana Seiffert were married. Who were their parents? I have no information on Ana and her family, only that she was born about 1830 in Germany, m. John in 1852, and died after 1888. I would appreciate any information available.
