It looks as if Genevieve's parents may have married in Rochester in 1915. Timing is correct with respect to Genevieve's birth year and Anna's noted immigration year, but the online record is limited so has nothing to confirm suspicions. The marriage record indicates Chester A Bellgard and Anna McBurney married in 1915. You'll want to order the record to confirm. You may view the record by searching the historical record database using "bellgard" spelling for the surname at:
