BROWN - Mrs. Anna BROWN, widow of Marcus C. BROWN, died Saturday morning,
June 10, 1939. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. W. SKILTON, Hemlock, N. Y.;
one son, Harry J. BROWN of Rochester, N. Y. and two daughters, E. Mae and
Gladys of Livonia.
-Funeral services will be held from the home, Livonia, N. Y., Tuesday, June
13, 1939, at 2 p.m. Standard Time. Burial in Mt. Vernon Evergreen Cemetery,
Springwater.

DAILEY - Ernest L. DAILEY of 114 Fulton Ave, Sunday, June 11, 1939. He is
survived by his wife, May ALDRICH; one daughter, Mrs. Francis FERGUSON; one son,
Harold E. DAILEY; one brother, Frank; several nieces and nephews.
-Friends may call at Farrell Bros. Colonial Funeral Home, at Memorial Bridge
from where services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment
in Mt. Hope Cemetery.


EGGLESTON - In a Rochester hospital, Friday, June 9, 1939, Arthur A.
EGGLESTON. He leaves his wife, Catherine SMITH EGGLESTON; five sons, Arthur E.,
William C. Norman J., Robert J. and Daniel F. EGGLESTON, all of Brockport; two
brothers, J. Wallace EGGLESTON of Albion, J. Herbert EGGLESTON of Buffalo;
several nephews and nieces.
-Mr. EGGLESTON is resting at the Fowler Funeral Home, 52 State St.,
Brockport, where services will be held Tuesday morning, June 13, at 8:30 and from the
Church of the Nativity at 9 a.m. DST. Interment in Albion, N. Y.


GAGNON - Entered into rest in this city, Saturday, June 10, 1939, Yvonne
BOUCHER GAGNON. Surviving are her husband, Wilfrid GAGNON; one daughter, Irene
and her mother, Mrs. Vitaline BOUCHER.
-Funeral services Tuesday at 8:30 from the Norbert E. Vay Funeral Home, 604
Maple St. and at 9 o'clock from Holy Family Church. Interment in Holy
Sepulchre Cemetery.


LEHR - Joseph LEHR of 426 Avenue D, Saturday, June 10, 1939, aged 76 years.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; one son, Clarence J.; seven daughters, Mrs.
Charles SUSS, Mrs. Emily WESP, Mrs. Stephen WEST, Mrs. George POINTOU, Misses
Florence and Irene LEHR, Mrs. Ben STRATHMAN of Excelsor Springs, Mo.; sister,
Mary HOUSE; brother, Michael LEHR. He was a member of St. Leo Benevolent
Society.
-Services from the residence, Tuesday morning at 8:30 and 9:00 o'clock at
St. Michael's Church. Arrangements by August M. MAIER.


LINDHORST - Entered into rest, Sunday morning, June 11, 1939, at St. Mary's
Hospital, Mrs. Louise LINDHORST, aged 88 years. She leaves one daughter, Mrs.
H. COOMBS; one son, Henry LINDHORST; one sister, Mrs. Mary KLEFFMAN of
Granite City, Ill.; eight grandchildren and 14 nieces and nephews.
-Friends may call at the Peter's Funeral Home, 1511 Dewey Ave., from where
services will take place Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Riverside
Cemetery.

LYNESS - Entered into rest, Saturday, June 10, 1939, Alfred S. LYNESS, in
his 73rd year. He leaves his wife, Hattie M. LYNESS; two sons, one daughter,
Mrs. Clarence STEARNS, Edward A. and Frank A. LYNESS; three grandchildren; also
several nieces and nephews.
-Private services from the home, 4231 Lyell Road, Gates, Tuesday, June 13 at
2 p.m. Interment in Grove Place Cemetery, Chili.


PALMER - In this city, Saturday, June 11, 1939, Lizzie PALMER. She leaves
one sister, Mrs. Lydia BARRETT, Redlonville, Maine; one granddaughter, Miss
Eulalie RICHARDSON, this city; also several nieces and nephews.

RUSSELL - Friday, June 9, 1939, John RUSSELL, at his home, 21 Magnolia St.
He is survived by two brothers, Walter A., William H.; two nieces, Miss
Gertrude RUSSELL and Mrs. Marvin DENNIS of Pittsford, N. Y.

in Spencerport, N. Y.


TEGART - Albertus TEGART, Sunday morning, June 11, 1939, at the Highland
Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elma TEGART; four sons, Albertus Jr.,
Robert, Philip and George TEGART; his mother, Mrs. Freelove TEGART of
Lockport; two brothers, William TEGART of Scottsville, and Clarence TEGART of this
city; one aunt, Mrs. Rachel WHITING of Lockport. Deceased was a member of
Union Lodge No. 114 F & AM of Ovid.
-Services at the family residence, 504 Mt. Hope Avenue, Wednesday afternoon
at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. Frederick Crosby LEE officiating. Masonic services

TRABOLD - Julia STRAUB TRABOLD, age 76 years, Saturday, June 10, 1939, at
the home, 821 Elmgrove Rd., Cold Water, N. Y. She is survived by her husband,
Henry J. TRABOLD; one daughter, Mrs. Florence HAMLIN; three sons, Henry W.
URBAN and Ivo TRABOLD; 22 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one brother,
Frederick STRAUB.

VAUGHN - At his home, Saturday, June 9, 1939, John H. VAUGHN Sr. He leaves
his wife, Mrs. Mary O'CONNOR VAUGHN; two sons, William J. and John H. VAUGHN
Jr.; two daughters, Miss Elizabeth K. VAUGHN and Mrs. William H. PURDY; two

WEINBERG - Max WEINBERG, aged 82 years, of 73 Hamilton St., Friday, June 9,
1939. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mae ELLIS; one granddaughter, Mrs.
Florence M. KENTFIELD; one great-grandson, Kenneth F. KENTFIELD. Deceased
was a member of the Old Guard.

YACKEL; one son, Russell E. WESTHER; her sister, Mrs. Nellie SHERMAN of
Williamsport, Pa.; one brother, Albin H. HUTCHINGS of Ebenezer, N. Y.; and two
grandchildren, Kathryn A. YACKEL and Garry R. WESTHER.

W. BELL.

JAIL TERM IMPOSED ON VAGRANCY COUNT

Dansville - James Francis QUINN, 40, New Haven, Conn., pleaded guilty to
vagrancy after arrest Saturday by Police Chief James E. BRADLEY, and was given
30 days in the Livingston County Jail, Geneseo, by Police Justice Warren S.
MOREY.
James Leslie COFFEE, 25, Groveland, arrested by State Police for
exceeding the speed limit on a state highway, pleaded guilty when arraigned before
Police Justice MOREY here yesterday. He was fined $15.
