The librarian at the Central Library Rochester, NY tells me that Hansford's
Landing was also known at King's Landing and was located on Lake Avenue
north of Kodak Park. This is not near the Bull's Head section. Probably
the closest cemetery to Bull's Head would have been the Buffalo Street
cemetery, west of the former location of the Rochester General Hospital (on
West Main St). Supposedly those graves were moved to Mt. Hope cemetery
between 1851 and 1857. I checked the interment records for Mt. Hope May 1,
1837 thru July 31, 1860 and did not see mention of William Brace.

However, mention of William Brace's passing was recorded in the Rochester
Telegraph on August 29, 1820.

DIED--At Hanford's Landing, on the 14th inst. Mr. William Brace.
