Monroe Co. wasn't created until 1821 and the Town of Webster wasn't created until 1840. The current Town of Webster was part of Penfield, Ontario Co. in 1810. There is no Letts listed in the area in the 1810 census. There were no public VRs before the 1880s and apparently no existing church records. There were also apparently no newspapers in the area and newspapers of the era rarely reported births anyway. The area was still pretty much frontier in 1810 and, if the birth was recorded at all, it would have been in private documents such as a family bible.
