St. John the Evangelist Church is at 55 Martha St., Spencerport, NY 14559. The parish office phone is 585-352-5481. There were 2 weekly newspapers in Brockport that carried death notices. The Ogden Farmers' Library has an index to the Brockport Republic, but Vincent Bush is not listed. Some issues of the Brockport Democrat have recently been discovered and microfilmed, but not the issue that might have carried a death notice for him.
