I didn't have any trouble getting onto the site and even doing some searching, BUT, for me, the back button wouldn't work. I got "Warning: Page has expired" so I had to begin the search all over again.

Perhaps they are working on the site or their server is having problems?

I logged onto the site but received the message "This page cannot be
displayed" when I tried to do a search. Got it even when I clicked on Help.
