Thank you for your 15 Jan answer to my query. Andy & Annie O'Neil Cuthbert are indeed buried in Falls Cemetery, Rochester, NY. Some kind soul drove out on his lunch break, found them, and sent a photo to me.
While I understand documenting cemeteries is a voluntary undertaking (I have done this myself), NY Cemetery listings seem woefully under reported and there are very few sextons to contact.
