Checking the 1946 Rochester City directory I find the following for you to either give further direction or your continueing search.
Meyer Emma widow of Conrad h 1440 St Paul St
Emma M r 48 Corsman Ter
Meyers Emma L shoe wkr 250 N Goodman St r 108 Point Pleasant Rd
Myer - none
Myers Emma wid Arthur W h 78 Argyle St
Emma wid Chas r 701 Averill Ave
I did not find any Emma listed as wife of in any of the above name variations.
I can check further if you can give me additional information.
