At www.fairportlibrary.org/home/history.htm it states that Fairport's first high school was chartered by the NY Regents in 1874.

The Fairport library probably has old yearbooks but not sure how far back they go.

Hi Gary,

The following obituary appeared in a Belfast, NY newspaper regarding my great Aunt:

12/6/1945- Katherine Heifferon McMahon-was born in Fairport, November 21, 1878, graduated from Fairport High School, Geneseo State Normal and taught in Belfast High School for five years before her marriage to Frank McMahon.

She married Frank in 1904. The math means she graduated from high school prior to 1900.
