I've made progress on my DUKELOWs in Rochester, thanks to this list. Thanks to Robbie and Gary for their information.

My ggg grandparents were Thomas and Mary DUKELOW, who came to Rochester from Ballydehob, County Cork, Ireland about 1845. Thomas died, I think, in 1868.

Were there any census records from before this? Does anyone have access to them? Are they indexed or am I asking the impossible? I'm looking for the occupation of Thomas and most especially, the names of their children.

I'd be most appreciative of any help.
