The following article was from a newspaper in Rochester Monroe Co., NY, sometime between 1920-1923,... is there any way to find a date for this article? It was found among Lucille's possessions when she past away.

"Against the background of the tragedy in Rynolds Street yesterday morning, when a determined mother burned herself to death, stands out in clear relief the intelligent action of a little girl.
Although only seven years old, Lucille Stout, when her mother set a match to bedding she had saturated with oil, had the prensence of mind to pick up her baby sister and the notify the nearest neighbors.
She saved the baby's life, as well as her own, and brought help as quickly as possible, although too late to save her mother.
It would not have been surprising had the child, in such terrifying circumstances, merely stood and screamed. To rescue the baby and call for aid at once showed intelligence and devotion of a rare order in one so young.
In many instances persons of mature years, when confronted by emergencies, have failed to do as well as this little girl."
