....Not easily. The printed news index runs 1818-1903, and the clip file in the librray starts in October 1936. The 20's are a dead zone for indexing, and there isn't any way we know of to date an article except going page by page. Possibly the mother (Mrs. Stout) who died would be in the death index, which would then allow looking up the article dated "yesterday" in the papers of that day or shortly thereafter.
