Cathy:
All I can find is The Family History Center's online catalogue showing
they have microfilms of the NY 1905 census for only Cayuga, Chenango,
Columbia & Broome Counties; so I guess Nassau Co is missing. Anyway, no one
in Nassau Co seems to know. In the meantime I still would like to know where
people who are researching the Oyster Bay/Glen Cove area go for data in the
1910 US census? I have access to 2 sets of films and they are both
illegible for this area and as far as I know there was no Miracode/Soundex
made for NY in 1910. Any substitutes or should we write off that particular
year as lost?
Regards, C. Seipp

many of the NY State Censuses are missing, 1905 being one of them. If I am
wrong let me know.
