Hi,

I found no William S. Phasey/Phasy in Nassau Co.

I did find a William D. Phasey in the Bronx. He was a musician
b. 1864 in England, came to the US in 1897.
Could this be your William? If so I will send you details Found
William D in 1900-1910-1920
and found his son Robert in the 1930 census all in the Bronx.
