Searching for any relatives of Second Lieutenant Frank C. Fischer, who was one of 11 servicemen killed in the crash of a B-24 bomber in southern Osborne County, Kansas, on September 22, 1943. At the time of the crash he was listed as living in Floral Park, New York. Osborne County is in the process of designing a memorial to be placed at the crash site in honor of the tragedy's 60th anniversary, and would like to contact each serviceman's relatives and let them know of the event. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
