The Genealogy Workshop of the Huntington Historical Society, Huntington, L.I., will meet Wednesday, 22 October 2003 in the barn at the Conklin House, 7:00 pm refreshments, 7:30 pm lecture. James E. Haas, author of the book "The Gunner at His Peace", will discuss the methods he used in researching the records of Civil War soldiers and sailors from College Point, NY.
