My grandfather lived as far as I know in New York state in the early 1900's.
I have found him (I think) on the 1910 census in Tooker Ave Oyster Bay with a wife and three children :- Etta (3) , William and Frank.
I found Etta (44) and Alice (5) in the 1920 census at West Shore Road but to date none of the others.
I have found the following family members at Lexington Ave Oyster Bay in the 1930 census Thomas Lehecka (23) , Etta Lehecka (22), William (22), Frank (20) and Alice Ingram (16).
Can anyone help me link this to my family or has this branch of the Ingram family been in America for a long time. There do appear to be many branches of the Ingram family.
It would be nice just to know what happened to John Ingram as he had little or no contact with my father to my knowledge.
