Peter,
I have been out of touch a long time. Just read your message /.Have you researched the Sr. Gosr Biegel's any further? I am still looking for a starting point for my grandfather's parentage.He came here in 1858 and his name was Frederick Wilhelm .i know he was supposed to have come into New York.In your last note it said you thought there was a relationship. Have you found out if this is the case. Please let me know .I promise to stay on top of things now.
