First, how did you find the LDS rolls for your address?? Did you use: http://www.stevemorse.org/nyc/nyc.php ??? If you did, the LDS roll for the 2 addresses you show should be 523,290.

I have the sinking feeling you used that site but got confused. If so, the 523,290 is a single number, not Rolls 523 *and* 290 but Roll #523290.

Let me know...perhaps we can overcome that ambiguity on the website, if that is what happened. Perhaps we should eliminate the comma?
