Those records are now at the The New York Genealogical & Biographical
Society. The following is a partial excerpt from their announcement:

The G&B has recently obtained the complete baptism, marriage and funeral
records through 1930 for St. Luke's German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Organized in 1850, the church was originally located at 233 West 42nd Street
and is now at 308 West 46th Street. Additional records include Confirmations
April 1851 - February 1858; church records (meetings) and history, January
1859 - December 1900; 50th Anniversary (1900) book; 90th Anniversay book
(1940).
