I'm sorry, but I found no institution than meets your specifications in the Tuberculosis subchapter (p. 164+) of "Directory of Social Agencies of the City of New York, 1946-1947."
That subchapter mentions Seton Hospital, managed by the Sisters of Charity (of Mt. St. Vincent), but it was in the Bronx. Both the Male Unit and the Nazareth Branch for Women and Girls had the telephone exchange "Kingsbridge."
The Directory was issued annually. So was the "Official Catholic Directory" (published by P.J. Kenedy)---in which I suppose you can start researching the Archdiocese of New York. Another source was issued about every two years : "American Medical Directory."
