I have some notes from 1971, when I went through the Lower East Side of Manhattan in the 1905 New York State Census, portion for New York County.

92 Ridge St was in 12 AD, 6 ED
159 was in 16AD, 4 ED

290 2nd St was in 16 AD, 7 ED
306 was in 16 AD, 6 ED

This area was densely populated and there might be only one block in an Election District. Odd house numbers on one side of a street might be in a separate ED from even numbers across the street.
