No, it's the FHC on Quince in Santa Clara (or possibly Sunnyvale?). Quince is off Homestead between Lawrence Expway and the Santa Clara City Library.
I've never made it to the Evergreen FHC so am not familiar with what they have. You might check its permanent film holdings in case it too has the NYC indexes.
