I just received new info on Dr. Wm L Russell of NYC
It states that he is somehow related to the
Rev. John. H Bell and that both are grandparents to Wm L Russell II, and Paul Russell of Ridgefield Ct. And are in-laws to each other and Mrs. Bell of Scarsdale.

I'm wondering if the both Bell's are from Scarsdale?

Any help would be appreciated.
