I don't know what info you are looking for you seem to know about the family. In both the 1900 and 1910 they are indexed as just "Soucey" with the "De" ommited in the index. They are at 376 Potter Ave in Queens for both Census'. All the kids are with them in 1900 and just John out of the house in 1910. Both census' stated that she had 7 children with 6 still living.
Also, from the Death index I found these entries:

It looks like your Kate died in 1914 and your Edward in 1920.
