Follow this link for information on what the NYC Municipal Archives have and how to obtain certificates.

I beleive that the Family History Center also has some indexes for BRIDES in Kings County for a period of time. I know they have all the microfilm for the groom indexes for all the boroughs (if you like the do-it-yourself method!)
