Calvary, apparently has a record of his burial. Call them and ask if there
is any notation as to where he died.

It could be just a fluke or sloppy work on the part of the clerk who
searched for his death certificate. Before I would go that route, I would
check with Calvary and also ask other family members if they remember
anything about his death. Someone might have a copy of his obituary if
there was one.
