Based on info from the The Irish Family History Forum and the Archdioces
website
http://www.ny-archdiocese.org/pastoral/parishes.cfm, you should try
Our Lady of the Scapular and St. Stephen
142 East 29th Street
New York, NY 10016
Reverend Sean Harlow, O. Carm.
(212) 532-2232

Our Lady of the Scapular was established in 1889 and was located at 339 E
28th Street
and St Stephen was established in 1848 located at 142 E 29th Street - It
seems that they have combined the parishes.

Good Luck
