Seeking maiden name & parents of Ida ____ (b. ~1900 NC) who married Vince DUNBAR about 1921 and lived in Manhattan. How can we see NYC marriage records from that time?

In the 1930 census they lived at 412 West 148th St. in Manhattan (Harlem). Vince is listed as plasterer, plaster contractor, rents, $105.

I wish this site used a fixed width font so the columns would line up, but here's the 1930 listing:

Ida was a hairdresser/beautician and had a beauty shop in Harlem. This may have been later. Are NYC directories available somewhere?
