Looking for any trace of ROSINE WANNENWETSCH.. (Sometimes a 'v' is used before the 't'). She arrived in NY May 1854 from Germany via Harve (age 21). I can find no trace of her after that.
I wonder if she stayed in "little Germany" on the lower East side of Manhattan... anyone have access to a census for that area?
