Hi Elaine,

My husband and I were to Calvary Cemetery only once, back in the 1990s, to find the grave of his mother's brother who died at 17 months old in 1910. The area in which he's buried was set aside for "indigents" (the cemetery's word). Perhaps your loved one is buried nearby; he's buried in:

Section 38
Range 21
Plot L
Grave 22

We were pleasantly surprised to find the area mowed and well maintained (at that time). There was a lovely setting with these words on the statue:

Herein Are Buried
God's Holy Poor
May They Rest In Peace
