I was wondering if anyone happened to be going to Chambers St, if they could look up a death cert for me. I don't need a copy of it, I just want to make sure it's my guy. The info is:

died Oct. 11, 1891
cert # 34891
Manhattan

I am interested in parents' names, wife's name, if any, profession, and who filled out the form, along with any other pertinent stuff, but anything would be great.
