Margaret C. "Jean" Lederhaus

Retired Employee of Harrison Radiator Div. of GMC

Margaret C. "Jean" Lederhaus, of Lockport passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 in E.C.M.C. at the age of 75. She was born May 11, 1927 in Lockport and was the daughter of Kenneth and Hester Bingham Crane. Mrs. Lederhaus retired from Harrison Radiator Division of GMC in 1960 where she did clerical work. She was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Lockport Town and Country Club and enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She was a former member of the Tuscarora Club.



She and her husband, Elmer H. "Red" Lederhaus, Jr. were married October 29, 1949 in Lockport. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Bradley K. (Wendy) Lederhaus and Timothy J. (Linda) Lederhaus, both of Lockport; three grandchildren, Brenden Eliza and Weston Lederhaus; a brother, Gordon (Betty) Crane of Appleton; a sister, Betty Mitchell of Newark, NY; a sister-in-law, Shirley (the late Raymond Lederhaus) Brewer of Lockport and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held from Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 6965 Chestnut Ridge Road on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 4:00 PM. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery , at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Mount Olive Lutheran Church or Niagara Hospice, Inc. Arrangements by Lange Funeral Home, Inc.





Maria Williams



Maria Williams passed away September 24, 2002 in Mt. View Health Care Facility. Born September 19, 1923 in Ob, Germany, she was the daughter of Magnus and Berta Prestel Woelfle. Maria was predeceased by her husband, Everett Charles Williams.

She worked as a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels Program and enjoyed cooking and knitting.

She is survived by her daughters, Sonja (Lynn) Leatherwood of Snow Lake, MS and Linda (Loyd) Bowman of Memphis, TN; her son, Rickie Williams of Niagara Falls, NY. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three sisters in Germany.



Friends may call Thursday evening 6-9 PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1 PM.





May their lives fill their loved ones with pleasurable memories and tears.
