To whoever may have some information:
I am presently researching the TOMPKINS line in my family. The
farthest back in time I can go is to Fortunetus TOMPKINS, and I have very
little information on him. He is my 6G-grandfather. He had 10 children
with whoever his wife was, of whom I would also like to know. His son
that is in my direct line was David TOMPKINS, Sr. His son, my
4G-grandfather, was David TOMPKINS, Jr. He had William H. TOMPKINS, who
is next down my direct line. He married Josephine ROBINSON, and they had
my 3G-grandmother, Ianthia Althea TOMPKINS. This is some of the
information I have . . . I have a little more, if needed. I would really
appreciate any information someone could give me about Fortunetus
TOMPKINS. Thanks a bunch!
