CORA P. NORTHROUP
For the past 25 years an invalid, Mrs. Cora Peabody Northroup, 79, wife of Howard Northroup, died at her home in the town of Fine Friday afternoon.
Services were held Monday afternoon at 2 from the home with Rev. W. 0. Hull, pastor of the Russell Methodist church officiating- The body was placed in the vault at Hermon to await burial in the spring.
Mrs. Northroup was born in the town of Pitcairn June 3, 1866, a daughter of the late Franklin and Angeline Nutting Peabody. She was married to Howard Northroup of Fine Oct. 29, 1888, at her home in Pitcairn by the Rev. Mr. Wilcox. They lived at their present farm home in Fine for 52 years.
She is survived by her husband, four nieces and four nephews.
