Hi, All... Can anyone help us solve a family puzzle? We have two Sarahs
about the same time. SARAH BUNCE, who may have been the widow of JESSE
BUNCE, who died about 1776. Then again we have a SARAH JERVAIS (or JARVIS)
b. abt. 1742 (same time frame).

We have as a spouse for each of these women, REUBEN ARTHUR, b. abt. 1738,
Sunken Meadow, L.I.

Now the question is; did Reuben have two wives named Sarah, or might Jarvis
have been the maiden name & Bunce have been her name as a widow prior to
marriage to Reuben?

If these were different women, which is the mother of the children, REUBEN
(b. 1762), AUGUSTINE, (b. 1764), JOSHUA B. & ELIZABETH (twins b. 1767) and
about three other children.

If anyone can help, we'd surely appreciate it!
