This is an option on the list utility page, on SMALL lists it is great to
have the replies go to the list, BUT on large lists, it gets tedious
fast.

The best thing to do is let each member decide if the list would benefit
from the information or not, and select REPLY TO ALL when it does apply
to everyone.
