Hi:

The Youngs Genealogy shows that Mary Warren, third wife of the Rev
John-1 Youngs, was previously married to a Mr. Gardiner, and that her
daughter from that marriage, Mary Gardiner, married her step-son,
John-2 Youngs, abt 1653.

Does anyone know if the Gardiner family into which she married had any
kinship to the warrior and soldier Lyon Gardiner, early LI settler?

With the explosion of kinship networks from England discovered in
recent years, this would be a neat addition, if not discovered
already.
