Hi:

In the William-2 Hallock household in the 1698 census is a Ruth
Howell. She is the only Howell name in the household. I don't find a
Ruth as a child, grandchild, or spouse of a male of Richard-1 Howell
of Southold in any listing I have. William did not have a Ruth as a
daughter in his 1728 will and probably couldn't have had a daughter
old enough to be married by 1698, anyway. He had no sister named Ruth
(all named in his dad's will).


Who is this Ruth Howell?
